Message from UKIP Harrow

Having watched the media storms, hysteria and concocted outrage over the last fortnight, you could be forgiven for thinking that these elections were on another planet or some unstable regime elsewhere. We have the spectacle of various “worthies”, politicians, comfortable pundits, “experts” and of course the anything-but-democratic Hard Left rent-a-mob out in force poisoning what should be legitimate debate, …

Harrow Local Election Results 2014

An interesting day – the only remaining question is where to start? So, we’ll work backwards. Labour won 34 seats, and the Conservatives just 26. Interestingly, the Tories won 41% of the vote, compared to 40% by Labour, so although more voters wanted Conservatives overall, Labour won based on seats. That’s politics.   Election results …

West Harrow Willy says: “How disrespectful can Labour get?”

West Harrow Willy says:  “How disrespectful can Labour get?” I took this picture at around 12:15pm today.  It shows a Labour Group member’s car illegally parked on the pavement right outside their office.  Not only is this an offence that damages the pavement and thus costs the local authority money to fix, it is also …

For example, we provided 20 minutes free parking – you said this was a good start but not enough, and we agree. So, if elected, we will …

West Harrow Willy says: Labour STILL can’t add-up!

We already know that Labour don’t know the difference between a “2” and a “3” from their false claim that they froze Council Tax for 3 years when they actually only froze it for 2. Today, however, I discovered more worrying evidence that this alleged administration-in-waiting ALSO don’t know the difference between a “4” and …

Independent Labour Planning Doorstep Assault

It looks like Independent Labour are planning a wave of doorstep leaflet drops over the next six days, as we approach May 22nd. This picture shows their latest delivery of election materials (hopefully, all containing the “Promoted by…’ bit at the bottom, here’s looking at you, UKIP!)
