Harrow Council’s Bulky/Heavy Waste Collections Costs

Harrow Council will collect large or heavy items from Harrow residents who are unable to bring them to the Reuse and Recycling Centre. The items must be put outside the property being picked up from.

Remember: Fly tipping is not only illegal, but also a criminal offence, and carries a maximum penalty of £20,000 and up to 6 months imprisonment in the Magistrates Court, or unlimited fines and up to 2 years imprisonment at Crown Court. The maximum sentence is even higher (5 years) for dumping special waste which may be harmful to health. Don’t do it!
