Harrow Stops Face-to-Face Parking Ticket Help

On 1 August Harrow Council stopped taking face to face and telephone enquiries for Penalty Charge Notices at their One Stop Shop. All enquiries are now dealt with online. This will save the Council £90,000 a year, and inconvenience hundreds of people in the process.

If you would like to make a payment please use one of the following options:

  • Visit: www.harrow.gov.uk/parking
  • Call the automated telephone payments line – number on the right
  • Make a payment via the kiosk at the Civic Centre

The Council advise that if you wish to challenge your PCN you should fill in their online form. Or send in your dispute in writing to:
