harrow_council_logoThe London Borough of Harrow is undertaking the 2014 statutory review of its polling district and polling stations.

The Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013, requires that Harrow Council undertake and complete a review of all of the polling districts and polling places in its area within a 16 month period commencing from 1 October 2013 to 31 January 2015. The previous statutory review was undertaken in 2011.

The Returning Officer will make comments on the proposed polling stations.

Electors within the authority or within a parliamentary constituency which has any part in the authority are invited to make a representation and the authority would welcome any person or body with expertise in access for persons with any type of disability to make a representation or to comment on the authority’s proposals, the Returning Officer’s representations or any other matter.

Any persons or bodies making representations should, if possible, give alternative places that may be used as polling places.

The consultation period will begin on 13th August 2014 and end on 26th September 2014.

Information about the current polling districts and polling stations can be found on the Council’s website or is available from the Electoral Services Office.
