Roxbourne by-election: Annabel Singh’s Bio

We said we’d publish the candidates’ profile for the forthcoming Roxbourne by-election. Annabel is the Conservative’s candidate:

On behalf of Harrow West Conservative Association, I am delighted to introduce Annabel Singh, our candidate in the Roxbourne ward by-election on Thursday 9th March 2017.

Annabel Singh has lived in the Borough for over 15 years, growing up in the area and having attended a local college. Passionate about getting young people involved in their local community, Annabel has campaigned with Councillors, MPs and candidates across Harrow and serves on a local ward committee.

She worked as a Campaign Manager in the 2015 General Election and has also worked in Brussels for
the European Conservatives & Reformists group in the European Parliament.

If elected, Annabel pledges to:

  • Scrutinise Harrow Labour’s regeneration and borrowing plans
  • Campaign against the Brown Bin charge
  • Hold a weekly residents’ surgery
  • Keep in touch through regular ward newsletters

Annabel is keen to meet as many Roxbourne ward residents as possible and to take up their local
issues and concerns. If you would like to stay in touch with our Roxbourne ward campaign on Twitter, please follow
@Annabel_Singh or @HarrowWestCA.

  2. Wealdstone Warrior

    Given the crime levels in Harrow and latest incident in Wealdstone, I doubt many people will want to live in Harrow in those towering monsters. Good luck to Annabel, I really hope people see sense and she is voted in, this will send a message out to Labour that residents are not happy with them.
