Safer Neighbourhood Boards: Public Meeting – October 28, 2013

harrow_council_logo2The Safer Neighbourhood Boards will be the means by which the Mayor of London holds Borough Police to account for performance, giving local Londoners and victims a greater voice in setting policing priorities and access to a crime prevention fund for local delivery.

Safer Harrow, the local Community Safety Partnership, is holding a public meeting on Monday 28th October 2013 at 7.00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the Civic Centre. We are indebted to Harrow Police Community Consultative Group (HPCCG) for postponing their meeting scheduled for this date to enable the discussion about forming a Safer Neighbourhood Board to go ahead.

The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime will give a presentation about the role of Safer Neighbourhood Boards and the meeting will explore how a Safer Neighbourhood Board can be set up in Harrow.

Please feel free to come along, Tea, Coffee and registration from 6.30 p.m.
