The Matrix Public House – planning application (again)

We wrote recently that the planning application submitted by Hayes Development Estates for an 85 bedroom care home had been withdrawn, possibly after a number of objections from local residents. However, in the last few days, the proposal has been resubmitted to Harrow Council with a number of changes, including additional rooms and fewer car parking spaces.

144 notifications have been sent out to residents in the nearby area, and they have until 24 October 2011 to make any objections known to the council.

You can view the full details on Harrow’s Planning Portal by searching for reference P/2559/11.

Thanks to the Harrow Observer, who spotted this first.
