    Hello Harrow!
The Borough Commander of Harrow,Chief Superintendent Simon Ovens has started this wonderful annual event in Harrow since he arrived here almost three years back.I have had the good fortune to attend two so far. It’s your turn now. This is his third Carol Concert.Great initiative on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Service.

I really recommend you tell others and also turn up yourselves. It is such a joyous and jovial event. All the top brass from Harrow attend, including the Bishop of Willesden. The Carol singing gets you in the mood for Christmas.Parking is available in HALFORDS on Sheepcote Road and GREENHILL WAY Car Park,in addition to off street parking.

Do try and arrive early if you wish to bag a front seat. This beautiful Church holds up to 700
I believe. The more, the merrier.! It’s a great opportunity to mix with the diverse communities which Harrow is so proud of.You will definitely feel pleased and proud when you see our Police Cadets playing their part as well.

Personally, our attendance in good numbers is but a small measure of thanks for the hard work put in by Simon Ovens and his team, to make us the SAFEST borough in London—for nine whole months of this year,up to October.Impressive! That takes a great deal of effort. So let’s turn out and thank him only as Harrovians can do.Your support will be much appreciated.

I promise you a wonderful evening which concludes with steaming hot cups of tea and coffee, juice,MULLED WINE (yummy) and mince pies! Can’t wait to get there.

Please let your friends and neighbours know.Your Borough Commander is really looking forward to meeting with and wishing all of you a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and a SAFE and HAPPY NEW YEAR.He will even oblige and take photos with you,if you ask nicely.

We kick off at 730pm sharp.I’m sure we will see many of you there.

    Warmest wishes
