Definitely one for all to try and attend.Excellent opportunity to see the breadth of services the MET Police have on offer. The young ones find it jolly interesting. The community has the chance to pick up a wealth of information and speak with local cops and other units such as the Helicopter unit, Dog section,Firearms unit,Riot team etc –ones not usually seen.It is a multi-partnership event including the London Ambulance Service Fire Brigade,RAF,Police & Dog Unit and so many others.A huge amount of resources go into organising this day so let’s make best use of it and publicise to as many as we can in our borough.

It is an education and a very interesting day out for the whole family.Often vulnerable sections of our community find there are so many things they did not know could make them safer. Many partners working alongside our Police also turn up.

CRIME PREVENTION and CONFIDENCE BUILDING is what often results from holding such events.Highly recommend this.Hope to be there and meet as many of you as possible.Good to get the information under your belt and be ready for the more challenging months ahead.
