Five stunning dancers immerse themselves in contemporary African movement inspired by the beauty of coastlines and landscapes, creating a choreographic journey across vast deserts, seas and mountains, with an original score by Grammy nominated composer Steve Marshall. A premiere production from one of the most exciting Black dance companies in the UK.
Desert Crossings is a collaboration between State of Emergency, Gregory Maqoma and is supported by Arts Council England and the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Team.
