Stanmore Choral Society’s Mozart Performance – November 18, 2017

On Saturday 18th November at 7.30pm Stanmore Choral Society will perform two works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

They are the ‘Requiem’ and ‘Solemn Vespers’ both magnificent works in the choral repertoire.

Mozart died at the early age of 34 whilst composing the Requiem and it was completed by another composer believed to be Salieri.

The concert takes place in St Mary the Virgin church, St Leonards Avenue/Kenton Road, Kenton, Harrow HA3 8EJ and it is conducted by Nick Austin.

It is accompanied by James Mooney Dutton on the organ.

The soloists are Elizabeth Stock (soprano), Sarah Champion (contralto), Thomas Kelly (tenor) and Jamie Wright (bass).
