World Ta Chi and Qigong Day in South Harrow

Spotted earlier today posted near Roxeth Recreation Ground in South Harrow:

Saturday 30th April 2011

Annual world healing event occurring in 70 countries across six continents, in gardens, parks and other public spaces. Starting in New Zealand, a wave of calm and well-being is created which then spreads, time zone by time zone, across the globe under the universal heading of One World… One Breath.

You are invited to take a break from your Saturday morning shopping and join in for a short world Tai Chi and Qigong Day event at 9.00am in Roxeth Recreation Grounds (by the Pavilion). No previous experience of Tai Chi or Qigong will be needed.

Bring along some snacks and drinks for a picnic afterwards to get to know other members of your community, and to find out more about improving your health through the gentle exercises of Tai Chi and Qigong.

Let’s make it a Saturday to remember!

Everyone is welcome.
