World Tai-Chi Day in South Harrow – April 28, 2012

Spotted earlier today posted near Roxeth Recreation Ground in South Harrow.

The 14th annual World Tai-Chi Day is being celebrated on this day, starting off in Australia, and moving across the six continents through the various time zones.

Men, women and children of all ages will be gathering in open spaces to participate in Tai-Chi and Chi Kung exercises for health and vitality, sending waves of healing energy around the globe.

Come and join your local group of friends and neighbours as we go through the exercises. No previous experience is required. You just follow the easy and relaxing moves, only doing what you are comfortable with.

On conclusion, we will be having a picnic, so bring along some food and drinks to share and enjoy. You can then mingle and find out more about how Tai-Chi and Chi Kung can benefit your well-being.

One world – one breath.
