TNT Post – From Bad to Worse…

guest_postJudging from this email, from K, it seems that TNT aren’t winning any bouquets for the service they’re delivering in Harrow…


Ordered some plant plugs from a national firm.

Arrived today the 7th May with a dispatch date of 27th April!

The plants were DEAD! After 9 days I am not surprised.

The ORIGINAL postmark was TNT, BUT a sticker had been placed over this ‘Royal Mail in conjunction with TNT’.

A BIGGER SURPRISE when I phoned our local sorting office in Pinner. Yes, they said TNT passes all mail that TNT cannot deliver; this was classified as a small packed and would not go through the letterbox, to us and then we deliver it, but the contract to do this is a low priority contract!

So more poor service from TNT!!!

    Hi, I also have the same problem with TNT with my plug plants delivery. My first plug plants arrived the Tuesday after Easter 22 April (date of despatch 17 April). At the time I thought it was the Easter holiday delay. My second replacement plug plants posted by Thompson Morgan was dated 29 April arrived 7 May… And they all gone yellow, limp and dead. Unbelievable and appalling service from TNT!!!
