Car Parking at Alexandra Avenue Polyclinic

Anybody visiting Alexandra Avenue Health and Social Care Centre by car – on the few hours it’s open these days – needs to be aware that the centre is telling them that they need to leave their car registration details at reception. In fact, there are posters advertising this all over the place inside the building.

The car park is now patrolled by Euro Car Parks , and signs imply that if you don’t leave your details at reception, you’ll receive a £70 parking ticket.

If you do receive a parking ticket – regardless of whether you’ve left your details or not –  common advice is to simply ignore it. See here, here or here for more details. Or just go and Google for ‘Euro Car Parks’ and you’ll see that those ‘parking tickets’ have no validity in law.
