Zumba Classes in and around Harrow

Ever wanted to find out more about getting fit using Zumba? Sylvia Johnstone runs a number of classes in and around Harrow, which run on a pay as you go system, so you can drop in whenever it suits you. But be warned Zumba is infectious… once you start you won’t wish to stop!

Northolt Park Social Club hosts Monday night’s session from 8.30pm to 9.30pm, although there are also sessions at other times of the week in Canons Community Association, Fuller Life Health and Fitness Centre, Harrow Arts Centre and Minet Junior School to name just a few.

From Sylvia’s page:

Hey people!

A little about me… I am one of the thousands of people addicted to Zumba! For me teaching zumba is such a pleasure a passion not work and gives me great sense of achievement when I see the students in my class week after week coming to class, getting fitter, losing weight, toning up and having such a giggle while they wiggle!

The teaching experience is made even more special when students personally corner you after class, facebook you or drop you an email to say thank you for helping them gain confidence, change their lives, make new friends and on top go down in dress sizes!

All my classes run on a pay as you go system, so you can drop in whenever it suits you. But be warned Zumba is infectious… once you start you won’t wish to stop! Come join the party… lets ZUMBA!
