Whilst on routine patrol in South Harrow on Tuesday 4 October, officers stopped a blue Land Rover containing two male occupants in Stuart Road, at the junction with Kings Road. During a search of the vehicle, a quantity of cannabis was found.
Both men were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply cannabis. A further search of the suspects’ homes was carried out and a large quantity of drugs and cash, with an approximate value of £40,000, was found at a house in Ruislip.
Dave Carnall aged 44 from Castleton Road, Ruislip was charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis, he has been remanded in custody until a date in November.
A 37 year old man from Northolt has been bailed to return to a date in November.
