Incident in St George’s Shopping Centre – Police Update

The latest news from the Met Police concerning yesterday’s incident where a man fell from one of the upper floors in St George’s Shopping Centre:

A man who fell from the 4th floor of the St George’s Shopping Centre, Harrow yesterday (25 October) remains in a critical condition at an east London hospital.

Police are not treating the incident as suspicious.

The St George’s Shopping Centre is now open.

A man who fell from the 4th floor of St George’s Centre is in a critical condition in hospital. Incident is not suspicious. Centre is open.

The Harrow Observer has a quote from the London Ambulance Service:

We were called just after 2pm to reports that a man had fallen from a height at St George’s Shopping Centre, and we sent two ambulance crews, an officer and London’s Air Ambulance. The patient was believed to be in his 30s. He was treated and stabilised at the scene before being flown to the Royal London Hospital in a serious condition.
