Sky Fibre Broadband Outage in South Harrow – fixed

After a week of downtime, Sky’s trial of next-generation, fibre-to-the-home high-speed broadband in South Harrow is now back and working again, faster than ever.

If you’re still experiencing problems, and have tried turning your router off for a minute or so then back on again, you can call Sky’s NG Broadband Support line on 0800 053 0201 during office hours.

All of Sky’s trial customers will have retained their existing copper-based broadband, so should have had at least some form of internet connection over the last week.
