Borough Commanders Commendation Ceremony

police_lantern_2-150x150Harrow’s Borough Commander, Simon Ovens, writes:

On Tuesday, 15 April I was delighted to have held the ‘Borough Commanders Commendation Ceremony’ at Harrow School.

This prestigious event is all about commending my officer’s and staff who have gone above and beyond the levels that are expected of them.

“I would like to congratulate all officers that received my commendations”

Amongst those commended were, Police Sergeant Chas Campbell-Stanway for saving the life of a male wanting to commit suicide and Detective Constable Jeanine Stevenson for her excellent investigation skills in assisting in a violent and dangerous male’s conviction at court.

I also commended officers involved in the domestic incident that occurred in Hindes Road last year. Officers were commended not only for their initial actions to save the victims life at the scene, but for the investigation skills to bring the offender to justice. I would like to congratulate all officers that received my commendations.
