Police CCTV Camera – Parkfield Road

In an earlier post, we commented on a police CCTV camera which had recently been installed in Park Lane. It seems that the camera has now upped sticks and moved to Northolt Road, opposite the junction with Parkfield Road, giving a good view of the station and adjacent street. As a reminder, these cameras are remotely controlled and monitored, cost very little, and have exceptional viewing ability: in its current position, the camera can probably observe any activity from the railway bridge, down to the Eastcote Lane/Eastcote Road junction with ease.

Our coverage impression, above, shows in yellow, the camera’s likely range, based on research available elsewhere on the internet. Harrow is getting tough on crime in and around the station!
